Updated: 2026-10-04

The Image Resizer changes the size of many images at once: set a width or height to scale proportionally, scale by percentage, or set an exact size such as 1200×630 for social sharing. Keep the original format or convert to WebP, JPG or PNG at the same time. Resizing uses the browser's high-quality Canvas resampling, so your images never leave your computer.

## How to use the Image Resizer

1. Choose how to resize — by width, height, percentage or exact size — and enter the value.
2. Choose the output format: keep the original or convert to WebP, JPG or PNG.
3. Drop images into the dashed box or click to choose files (multiple allowed).
4. Download them one by one or press "Download all"; changing settings re-processes automatically.

## FAQ

### Will resizing make my image blurry?

Downscaling usually stays sharp thanks to high-quality resampling. Enlarging beyond the original size always softens the image because detail cannot be invented.

### If I only set the width, how is the height chosen?

Width mode keeps the aspect ratio: 4032×3024 resized to 1200 wide becomes 1200×900.

### Can I crop to a square?

Cropping is not available yet. "Exact size" stretches the whole image, which distorts it if the ratio differs.

### Are my images uploaded?

No. Everything happens in your browser.
