The Business Days Calculator has two modes: "Between dates" counts working days, weekend days and holidays between two dates, and "Add days" finds the date that is N business days after (or before, with a negative number) a start date. Weekends can be Saturday–Sunday or Sunday only, and you can paste public holidays or company days off to exclude them.

## How to use the Business Days Calculator

1. Choose "Between dates" or "Add days".
2. Enter a start date and either an end date or the number of business days.
3. Pick the weekend type; list public holidays or days off, one date per line.
4. The number of working days or the resulting date appears instantly.

## FAQ

### Are public holidays excluded automatically?

No, because holidays differ by country and year. Paste your country's holiday dates into "Extra days off" to exclude them.

### Should the start date be counted?

Usually yes for leave requests ("Include start date" on) and no for due dates. Toggle it to fit your case.

### Where does "7 business days" start counting?

In Add days mode, counting starts the day after the start date — an order on Monday ships 7 business days later on the following Wednesday.
